Custom Pool Builder in Dunedin, FL

Custom Pool Builder in Dunedin, Florida

Dunedin's blend of Gulf Coast charm and established neighborhoods makes it a wonderful place to build a custom pool. Plankey Custom Pools designs and builds inground pools and outdoor living spaces for homeowners across Dunedin, tailoring each project to the property's layout and the homeowner's vision.

As a Florida licensed swimming pool and spa contractor, we coordinate specialized trade professionals through one accountable project lead. Every phase — excavation, steel, shotcrete, tile and coping, decking, and finish — is handled by crews focused on that stage, with documented quality checks from design through startup.

New Pool Construction in Dunedin

A new pool in Dunedin begins with a 3D design and a detailed, itemized proposal. We review your backyard dimensions, soil conditions, and the features you want — integrated spas, sun shelves, glass tile, and travertine decking — so you see every cost before construction begins.

Because we bring in specialized trade professionals for each stage, our builds run smoother than traditional single-crew builders, with one organized construction schedule and one point of contact managing your timeline.

Pool Renovation & Resurfacing in Dunedin

Many Dunedin pools are ready for a refresh. We offer complete renovation and resurfacing — PebbleTec and quartz interior finishes, new glass tile and travertine coping, decking and lanai extensions, and modern equipment like variable-speed pumps, salt systems, smart automation, and LED lighting.

We provide a detailed itemized proposal after an on-site consultation so you see every cost before any work begins.

Why Dunedin Homeowners Choose Plankey

We document allowances, exclusions, and approved change orders in writing. We never promise a fixed numerical timeline — project schedules vary based on design, permitting, engineering, inspections, site access, weather, material availability, and approved scope changes. Plankey provides a project-specific schedule after reviewing the property and final scope.

Pool financing options are available through our partnership with Lyon Financial, offering low fixed-rate loans with extended terms and no home equity requirement.
